About us
Small steps.
Big results.
We are Kaizen, a software development studio in Ibiza: high-performance websites, custom applications and artificial intelligence for businesses on the island and across Spain. Kaizen means “change for the better” — and that's exactly what we apply to every project.
Philosophy
Technology without smoke
or surprises
We are not your typical marketing agency: we are developers. We build websites, custom software and automations with the latest technology — no recycled templates, no deliver-and-forget projects. We build, measure and improve every month, which is why our clients in Ibiza and on the mainland stay.
- Direct contact with the people building your project
- Short cycles: visible progress every week
- Clear reports with data, not promises
- Code and data always yours
- GDPR compliance and good practice
Values
How we work
Clarity
Fixed quotes, realistic deadlines and direct communication. You always know where your project stands.
Pace
We work in short cycles. Every week there is something new to see, test and discuss. No waiting for months in the dark.
Continuous improvement
Launching is only the beginning. We measure, learn and improve. Small constant changes, big results.
Our journey
Continuous improvement,

Kaizen is born
We started with a clear idea: technology without smoke, short cycles and continuous improvement in every project.
First projects in production

The move to the island

The next step, we write with you
Software, websites, apps, AI, automation and SEO for all of Spain. Shall we talk about yours?
