The starting point
One studio, two audiences, a single website
Kamay is a technical architecture and interior design studio based in Ibiza: technical architects who manage building works, draft projects and reports, and design interiors. Their website had to speak to two different people: the one who wants to see finished work before commissioning a renovation or an interior, and the one who needs a habitability certificate, an energy certificate or a building permit right now and searches Google for who can handle it.
The challenge was making both live together without getting in each other's way: a portfolio with the calm of a magazine and, at the same time, clear, fast service pages that answer the specific question of someone arriving in a hurry from their phone. All against the backdrop of each island municipality's regulations.
We built it from Santa Eulària des Riu, a few kilometres from the studio, with weekly deliveries to review every page together.

Eight services with their own page
Technical architecture, reports and certificates, interior design, habitability certificate, energy certificate, building permits, renovations and building inspections: each with its explanation, FAQs and Service and FAQ structured data for Google.
Nine projects with a page and gallery
Homes, interiors, a coworking space and a restaurant, from Ibiza to Mallorca, Madrid, Valencia and Cádiz: each project with its key points, its story and a gallery that shows off the materials.
A quote in one step
A quote form that asks for the project type so the studio knows what to answer, plus one-tap WhatsApp and call from any screen.
Local SEO, municipality by municipality
Copy and structure for searches for technical architect, habitability certificate, energy certificate and permit in Eivissa, Santa Eulària, Sant Antoni, Sant Josep, Sant Joan and Formentera.

From the studio's idea to the published website
Understanding the studio
Which services are requested most, which projects to show first and what questions a client asks before commissioning a certificate or a renovation.
Structure and content
One page per service with its FAQs, one page per project and the service areas across the island.
Design and development
The studio's identity brought to the web: serif typography, warm tones and full-screen photography of finished work, on a static Astro base.
Launch and measurement
Domain, Search Console, Google Business Profile and tracking of enquiries and quotes from day one.
