The starting point
A company that had outgrown its website
MD Solutions is a building-services company based in Eivissa: plumbing, air conditioning and heating at its core, complemented by renewable energy, water treatment and bathroom fittings. They work on villas, traditional country houses, hotels and commercial premises across Ibiza and Formentera, from a breakdown to the complete installation of a new build.
Two years ago we built their first website. Since then the company had grown: more specialities, bigger projects and clients in every municipality on the island. The website had to tell all of that, explain each trade separately and show up on Google when someone searches for a plumber, a heat-pump or an air-conditioning installer in their area.
They trusted us again to renew it. We started from what already worked and rebuilt it completely, with weekly deliveries to review every page together.

Six services with their own page
Plumbing, air conditioning, heating, renewable energy, water treatment and bathroom fittings: each with what it includes, the systems they install, real projects and its FAQs.
Seven local pages
Ibiza, Eivissa, Sant Josep, Sant Antoni, Santa Eulària, Sant Joan and Formentera, each with its own copy: country houses, wells and cisterns, coastal hotels… what they actually find in each area.
Real work and project types
A gallery of work and a tour by project type: luxury villas, hotels, renovations, custom bathrooms, new builds and breakdown repairs.
Frictionless quotes
A form by type of job, one-tap call and WhatsApp, and business, service and area structured data for Google.

98 in mobile performance
A static website built with Astro: full-screen photography of their work and, even so, 98 out of 100 in mobile performance according to Google PageSpeed.
Local SEO across the island
100 in SEO and 96 in best practices, with sitemap, business, service and area structured data, and a clean URL per trade and per municipality.
A returning client
Two years after their first website, they came back for the second. We measure enquiries, quote requests and rankings by area, and adjust with real data. That is kaizen.
